Throughout this process, I kept a benchmark review of each captioning vendor and solution in order to determine the most accurate and most cost effective choice. This document contains a comparison of major captioning services. Consideration of accuracy and the student experience is often addressed last after institutional, legal, and IT concerns are satisfied.
