Since UAF eCampus implemented a lightboard in 2016, faculty buy-in and usage has been robust. This was not preordained however. Deliberate outreach to faculty and a culture of collegiality and support led to the sustained success of this effort. I presented on our successful efforts at OLC Accelerate in 2018 along with two colleagues, emphasizing our high-end service model, our approach to working with faculty, and highlighting some preliminary conclusions on educational effectiveness of the content being produced.
