This video was created in partnership with the Governor’s office of the State of Alaska as part of an educational outreach effort on the state’s budget crisis. The script was written collaboratively among designers and in consultation with the state Department of Revenue, and the voiceover was recorded in-house with local talent. The animations were done entirely in Videoscribe, with significant modifications to the source vector files done in Adobe Illustrator. Final composition was arranged in Adobe Premiere.
